Mr. Ozdemir is a graduate of the Department of Economics, Academy of Economical and Commercial Sciences, Ankara.

He resigned from his position as a Tax Inspector at the Ministry of Finance, where he served from October 12, 1981 to January 15, 1992. Since then, he worked for our company as a member of the Board of Directors.
He has conducted a professional career in England during his office at the Ministry, for 1 year.
He holds the Auditor Certificate pursuant to Code No. 3568.
