Former Chief Tax Inspector (Ministry of Finance of Turkey)

Mr. Dural is a founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of our company. He graduated from the Finance Department, Faculty of Political Science-University of Ankara.

He resigned from his position as Tax Inspection at the Ministry of Finance, where he served from September 1974 to December 1981. Since then he worked as a freelance financial consultant and financial accountant for different corporations. Mr. Dural is the founder of the auditing company and holds the Auditor Certificate pursuant to Code No. 3568.

Mr. Dural was a board member of Istanbul Financial Accountants during the period between 1989 and 1990.

​

Mr. Dural is also the President of Freelance Auditing Association since its establishment in 1988.
Since 2001, he is also the President of The Turkish Chambers and Stock Exchange Association (TOBB), The Tax Consulting Board and Vice President of The Tax Council.
